{roman holiday frock}

This is one of many items made in late spring where it has just taken me this long to get photos of it. Sorry for the delay.

This 'roman holdiay frock' is named in honor of that classic film since this feels like something I would want to wear in 1950's Italy.

I had been wanting to try out the Contour Bust pattern for a while now. Miasu was kind enough to post her pattern on Burda for free.

This dress was in my PM-AHS era (pre-machine, all hand sewn). Button holes sure are hard to do by hand.

While this frock certainly has a strong vintage influence, I decided to work in a bit of the exposed zipper trend to make it a bit more modern.
