{godspell closing night 'cards'}

This, like much else on here, is slightly belated, but for closing night cards for Godspell I decided to take some inspiration from another crafty blogger I follow over at A Beautiful Mess. I really love the tiny paintings that she does and the style of them, so I decided to get a bunch of little flat postcard size canvases to make little caricatures of my dear cast-mates as their characters and write their card messages on the back. It was alot of fun to make these and they were pretty well received. Considering the size of this cast and crew it was a bit of a rush to get them all made and written on in time, but it was worth it.

For those wondering, this version of Godspell was set in the world of Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In, so all of the characters aside from Jesus and John the Baptist/Judas were reinterpreted as the actors from Laugh-In.
