{the lemon drop skirt}

This little ditty is number 3 in my Colette Spring Palette challenge.

I found this fabric on super-sale at Dressew last week.  It may not have been in my original scheme for this collection, but the colors fit with my palette and I knew if I didn't grab it now the bolt would be gone by the end of the week.

This is a simple gathered skirt.  No pattern.  I just chose a width of fabric 3 times that of my waist and gathered it down from there.  Plus the waistband and the zipper.  But that was it.  So easy.

In addition to being project #3 for the Colette challenge, this is also Me Made March (belated) day 4 outfit, and yes there is more than one on me.
