This is where it could have gotten tricky...and only on the second day!  Today was a mostly at home day off spent avoiding the psycho weather outside.  I could have staid in my cozies all day.  This, I believe, is what Sewaholic was referring to here.

But I prevailed.  I am wearing four me made items!

Sorry, no better pics of these on hand.  They arrived as plain wood buttons from Button Button! store and I painted them and mounted them as earrings.

So I made it through my first day that wasn't an easy fit.  Here is hoping I tackle all the others to come as well.

PS- Please bear with me as the blog looks a little different.  My layout suddenly decided to stop working and I have yet to figure out why.  So for the sake of visibility/readability...it will look a little different for the time being.
