Pancake Tuesday, anyone?  Who doesn't love pancakes?

In fact, my husband is one of the world's great pancake aficionados.  Pancakes in our home is an at least weekly tradition.  So letting this day pass without would have been a crime.  To vary things for a little extra flare, we made crepes and blueberry blintzes.

If you have never had blintzes, it is certainly worth trying.  One of my many Jewish food loves.

On today's docket is a fairly proper intro of two more previously un-photographed items.
